# YouAsked > Feature requests that live inside your app, reach the developer on their phone, and tell everyone who asked the moment it ships. Built for apps made with AI coding agents. YouAsked is in beta. Plans are Solo, Pro and Studio (flat price, unlimited end users and votes; founding prices for the first 100 workspaces). There is no free tier: until a plan is active an app runs in test mode and answers only from localhost, and every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Packages on npm: `@youasked/react` (web widget), `@youasked/react-native` (React Native and Expo), `youasked` (setup CLI) and `@youasked/mcp` (agent tools). ## Docs for agents - [Install guide](https://youasked.dev/install.md): step by step for React and Next.js, entry points, signing users, theming. - [Claude Code skill](https://youasked.dev/skill.md): drop into .claude/skills/youasked/SKILL.md. - [Pricing](https://youasked.dev/pricing), [docs](https://youasked.dev/docs), [MCP server](https://youasked.dev/mcp), [alternatives](https://youasked.dev/alternatives) - [This page as Markdown](https://youasked.dev/index.md) ## What it does - Entry points: ``, ``, ``, a floating launcher (`trigger="floating"`), `` for a whole page, and `useYouAsked().open({ view: "new", draft })` from any button. - A chat-style sheet: users type a request, see similar ones to vote on instead, and get a reply bubble when it's posted. - The team gets each request in Telegram (with buttons), Slack or Discord, and replies reach the requester in the app. - Requests have numbers (YA-12). "closes YA-12" in a commit or merged pull request marks it shipped and tells everyone who asked. - Agents can list, read, reply to and ship requests through the MCP server. ## Key facts - Plain upvotes. Users are anonymous or identified by an ID the app signs with its secret key (HMAC-SHA256). - Matches the host app: shadcn tokens automatically, or the `appearance` prop. - Public boards: an app can publish its requests, roadmap and changelog at https://youasked.dev/, and every shipped request has a share page at //shipped/. - Self-hosting: the server is source-available (FSL-1.1-MIT); packages are MIT. - API: https://api.youasked.dev
